What motivates you at work?
"My team. I love watching everyone come together and get the job done. I also like to challenge myself to knock out routes as quickly and efficiently as possible."
What is one thing that you wish people knew about your job?
"That's its a very mental thing as well as physical thing. Also that my drivers know I will do anything to help them and watch them succeed."
What advice would you give to new drivers?
Organization will be your best friend.
No 2 drivers will deliver the same.
Take the advice of many different veteran drivers and make your own system.
Do not get discouraged in the beginning. You will find what works best for you and become a faster more efficient driver.
TIPS & REMINDERS FROM AMZL
As temperatures heat up, remember to check in with yourself throughout the day to gauge how you’re feeling.
At every single stop, you should engage the parking brake and set the vehicle in park – in that order. Using the parking brake on every vehicle, every time, is critical to helping to prevent rollaway accidents.
Beginning June 20, we are launching Real-Time Speeding Alerts in the Amazon Delivery App. With Real-Time Speeding Alerts, if a DA drives above the posted speed limit, they will see a low, moderate, or a severe speeding event noted on the screen, depending on how much over the posted speed limit they were driving.
