Customer Delivery Feedback
During Group Stops, always check customer notes to see customer-specific delivery requests.
Never leave packages inside or on top of a USPS mailbox as it violates federal law.
Make sure you use the correct scan code while making a delivery and never scan delivered to household member/receiver to avoid taking a photo-on-delivery (POD).
