Janet has stepped up to help the team in a variety of ways without any sort of complaint or issue. She has taken on any challenge given to her and succeeded, which has been a big help in our day to day. Thank you, Janet!!

METRIC OF THE WEEK - SEATBELT-OFF RATE

Tips from AMZL to Succeed!!

  • Wear your seatbelt properly, all the time, no matter how short the distance between stops.

  • Wearing a seatbelt can save your life, it’s the law, and it is Amazon policy.

  • Amazon maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusing, willfully disabling, improperly using (sitting on, belting behind back/not fully belting), or tampering with a seat belt or belt sensor/detection device.

DRIVER INTERVIEW

Henry has worked with GHS for 9 months at our Madison location and was nominated for the driver interview this week!

What motivates you at work?

"What motivates me at work is the gratitude from customers and the gratefulness to be working!"

What is your favorite part of being a Delivery Driver?

"My favorite part of being a delivery driver would be a toss-up between the variety of challenges we face, the network of individuals we meet, and the geographical knowledge gained."

What advice would you give to new drivers?

"To the new drivers, ORGANIZATION IS YOUR BEST FRIEND. Delivery driving isn't as hard as you make it on yourself. Yeah it's a lot to remember at once but take your time and stay organized."
